Warranty Conditions

All products are under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. To ensure the validity of the warranty conditions, please check the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a report prepared. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Conditions

If you wish to return a product purchased through our site, provided that it meets the return conditions under the distance sales contract and preliminary information form and is not an exception to the right of withdrawal, you must contact us via the online support section on our page or through the phone, WhatsApp, or email specified as contact information within 14 days from the delivery date to obtain a return tracking number for the return process. The product you wish to return or cancel must be sent to the address provided to you, along with the invoice, delivery note, product box, and any gifts, if applicable, using the contracted shipping company. Following these procedures, the product will be inspected by our experts. This inspection will determine whether the return conditions have been met. If the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the credit card if paid by credit card, or to the bank account if paid by bank transfer/EFT. The practices under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are essential for product return conditions.

Due to hygiene conditions, exchanges and returns are not accepted for earrings and piercing products.


Product Exchange Conditions

If you wish to exchange a product purchased through our site, provided that it meets the exchange conditions under the distance sales contract and preliminary information form, you must contact us via the online support section on our page or through the phone, WhatsApp, or email specified as contact information within 30 days from the delivery date to obtain a return tracking number for the exchange process. The product you wish to exchange must be sent to the address provided to you, along with the invoice, delivery note, product box, and any gifts, if applicable, using the contracted shipping company. Following these procedures, the product will be inspected by our experts. This inspection will determine whether the exchange conditions have been met. If the product defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 30-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The store reserves the right to deduct fees for exchanges and returns of products that have been processed, modified, or personalized at the customer’s request (e.g., ring size, model change, etc.). Products that have undergone special alterations and special customer orders, as well as used products, cannot be returned or exchanged. Products without an invoice, receipt, or certificate cannot be exchanged. The practices under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are essential for product exchange conditions.
